LIFE AS A PREDATOR
Turned off my humanity
Emotions becomes
fragments of a distant memory
All that remains a
ravaging thirst for blood
And the silence of
a very very dark soul
Walking in the
comfort of the night
Whores linger
carelessly, with bodies meant to seduce at sight
But by the joy I
presume I shall feel after my kill
With every
heartbeat I could tell
I could
differentiate the components of the cell
All outcome been
considered
All that is left
is to pull the trigger. . .

An Unwanted Guest
It feels a lot different than usual
the cold winter air turns warm
too much light is let in, a lil brutal
raging riots of my sinister demons gone calm
I remember that essence
i know that aura
i feel thy presence
every evil's horror
It's too late to try to run
i feel your warmth breaking my icy skin
but what wrong have i done
aside my natural deeds of evil and sin
yhu stay on your terrain and i mine
while i lead'em vanities, yhu merry in your chimes

VIXENS OF THE NIGHT
Vixens of the nights
appealing to them sights
true beauty lies within
but pure horror lays waiting
Do not linger for but a moment
but even then be at your heels
for when these vixen sense your resentment
a second won't last for the kill. . .
And we begin our journey into the shadows
You are a nocturnal being. A bona fide 'creature of the night'. Gothic Poems, a very special collection from the poets at My Word Wizard, reflect the many components of your Goth style.
Living in the shadows is what you do, preferring darkness to light. Black and crimson are not just your colors, they are your badge. People don't quite 'get' you. The Goth subculture is complicated, and perhaps they just don't care to understand.
Can the Goth culture really be defined? Most Goths would probably not wish to be pegged into any specific category. The range within the subculture is just too broad. Apart from the ubiquitous black clothing, Goths are fiercely independent. They are rebels from the conventional norms, and exhibit varied musical tastes and fashion sensibilities, dissimilar intellectual interests and vastly different occupations.
Goths are basically a social community. A rich fabric of individuals who identify with and like being with other Goths.
So although not everybody understands you, you are not about to change. You are living the life you choose to lead, in the only way you know how.
We hope you enjoy this lusty assortment of deep, dark poetry that reflects your utterly unique style and spirit.
